New Triple Test Article Coming Soon – The Power of Leveraged ETFs

Many investors have been jumping on the bandwagon for leveraged ETFs that can go long or short. This means they bet on the market or sector to go up or go down.  The leverage means you can get 1.5x, 2x and even 3x leverage.  The problem is if you guess wrong – it can hurt and you can lose money.

The leveraged funds can be almost as volatile as the future markets. The plus side is you cannot get hurt as badly as the futures markets.  Leveraged and inverse funds are also available in regular or open-end mutual funds.   Another nice idea is inverse funds allow you to short or hedge against a market downside. This can help people if they hold them in their IRA and they want downside protection.

Many of these funds are fairly new so we had to wait for the charts to be populated to analyze these new funds.  This is particularly true for the 3X Direxion long and short funds.  Well we have enough data and we are very excited about the results.  These 2x and 3x funds are very volatile but you can see trends and they work very well with Triple Test.  We thought they would work well with TT. What is even more exciting is they do a good job at predicting market turns. It requires a little work but not that much.  

Triple Test is a technical system developed by Frank Lardino using a variety of indicators including a few proprietary indicators in Power Investor and Power Tech.

This is FAZ or Direxion Financial Bear 3X.  This is not a bear you want to tangle with unless you know what you are doing.  By using Triple Test plus the one extra safety check, these snarling 3X bears become cute, cuddly and very profitable cubs.  The great thing is TT calls the cycles across the board for entire sectors and the market if you do just a little homework.  So how did TT do with this 3X bear?  It was up 42.2% in about 35 days using TT. 

Is Triple Test with the leveraged ETFs the favorite system for Frank?  He still thinks the new Gold System he uses and the EWS system might be his favorite but Triple Test with leveraged ETFs could change that.  Members look for the new journal soon.
